A lawyer for singer Lizzo’s former backup dancers has reportedly blasted the Democratic National Committee for hiring the star to headline a star-studded, $25 million fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall.

Attorney Ron Zambrano told NewsNation the Thursday gig was “shameful… amid such egregious allegations.”

“Without getting into the politics, I can’t imagine why anyone would want Lizzo representing them in any way given her reprehensible behavior,” he told the outlet. “It’s just a terrible look.”
