Paula Knauss Selph, whose son, Ryan, was killed during the withdrawal of Afghanistan in 2021, told Newsmax, Monday, former President Joe Biden has never apologized for what happened to her son.

Ryan was 1 of 13 people killed in Kabul during the withdrawal. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has recently launched a new investigation into what happened.

Biden “has never apologized,” she said on Newsmax’s “Wake Up America.” “I have met him face to face. And he did not even say then any kind of sorrow for what happened. And so I don’t expect a call. I would have expected it in person. And it didn’t happen.”
